Dragon-formed Agamid, as the most powerful of all druids on Lizardland, casts his "Song of Natural Sanctification" to call the Spirits of Nature to influence the Pool of Dragon's Tears which he had revived it for the Dragon God by nature spell in holiness. As Tazirkar, the son of Targon, became his faithful apprentice, he wishes bless the young red dragon to be fulfilled with some magic powers of wind and nature, although Tazirkar is a fire dragon. Not only that, but also he lengthens the supernatural energy and vital life of the red dragon.

these new tattoos on wings are made by same Kame'kalian tattoo artists. The "Coiled snake-dragon" design signifies the glorious connection of Shivanian-dragon race, while the "S-shaped dragon" design means the wind-and-nature powered being.
